Massimiliano Fuksas receives the title of Doctor Honoris Causa – University of West Attica of Athens, Greece
Massimiliano Fuksas will receive the title of Doctor Honoris Causa, for the excellence of his artistic and professional work, by the Academic Board of the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece, during a ceremony at the Benaki Museum on Wednesday May 11th.
The University was established in 2018 and it is the third largest in the country in terms of student numbers. It has approximately 52,000 undergraduate, 1,150 postgraduate and 210 doctoral students.
During the Ceremony, that will take place in the beautiful amphitheatre of the Benaki Museum, Massimiliano Fuksas will hold a Lectio Magistralis entitled “Architecture and Innovation”, after the speeches of the Rector of the University Prof. Panagiotis Kaldis and of H.E. Ambassador of the Italian Republic in Greece Mrs Patrizia Falcinelli.
