The New Eur Rome Convention Center opens as a new hub for Covid-19 vaccination center on February 24th 2021.
Tomorrow, February 24, 2021, the new EUR Convention Center “The Cloud” will be inaugurated as one of the main vaccination hubs for Covid-19 in Italy. Along with the building designed by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas in Rome, the Fiumicino Airport hub, the Parco della Musica auditorium designed by architect Renzo Piano and, starting March 8, Termini Station will also soon be active.
Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas said: “ We are proud that The Cloud will host a such important social function, serving the health of all. The building, with its 10.000 sqm can be divided into many parts, if a building doesn’t have this flexibility, at a certain point it disappears”.
