Studio Fuksas has won the Usluga international competition for the Tirana’s center of fairs
The winning project by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas is a new mixed-use development in the heart of Tirana’s New Boulevard that consists of a 40 floors residential tower of 136-metre high, a 25-storey 95-metre hotel, a commercial space of more than 23,000 square meters and a convention and exhibition center of 12,000 mq. Tirana Fik-Park will also provide a new square with underground parking and a public park to the city of Tirana, proposing to be a new attractive pole and landmark for the capital of Albania and for visitors from all over the world.
