L’Arca International: Studio Fuksas for New Fontvieille Site in Principality of Monaco
Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas won the competition for the revitalization of the district and port of Fontvieille in the Principality of Monaco. The project provides answers to the main commercial, urban, architectural and ecological issues through “a sensitive landscape and an extraordinary geography, to emphasize how incredible it is. A hill connecting the sea to the city, a vertical park and a transparent sea.”
