Doriana Fuksas Commendatore dell’Ordine “Al merito della Repubblica Italiana”
Arch. Doriana Fuksas, after being awarded Chevalier de l’Ordre de La Légion d’honneur Française, received the honor of Commendador of the Order “Al merito della Repubblica Italiana” from the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
The Order “To the Merit of the Italian Republic” is the first of the national Orders of chivalry.
Being awarded an honor from the Order “For Merit of the Italian Republic” means having acquired merits towards the nation in the fields of science, literature, the arts, the economy and in the disengagement of public offices and activities carried out for social purposes , philanthropic and humanitarian, as well as for long and distinguished services in civilian and military careers.
